1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, browsing our website, downloading or using the Kredipicks application, or otherwise engaging with services operated by Winplot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. We may update these Terms from time to time in accordance with Section 16. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Company, Application, and Definitions

For clarity:

• “Winplot” (also “Winplot Ng,” “Winplot Nigeria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) means the company that owns, operates, and provides the services described in these Terms.
• “Kredipicks” means the mobile application and related product experience through which Winplot offers its sports prediction marketplace. References to the application, app store listings, in-app notices, and product features generally refer to Kredipicks.
• “Platform” means Kredipicks together with any Winplot websites, waitlists, community channels, APIs, and related services that support or promote Kredipicks.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

• “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including Tipsters and Subscribers.
• “Tipster” means a User who creates Packages and posts Coupons (sports predictions / betting tips) for Subscribers.
• “Subscriber” means a User who pays for access to one or more Packages.
• “Package” means a Tipster’s subscription offering, including pricing, pledged odds thresholds, and delivered Coupons.
• “Coupon” means a prediction, tip, or betting code published by a Tipster on the Platform.
• “Wallet” means a Tipster’s in-Platform balance used to hold earnings and process withdrawals where available. Wallet balances cannot be used to pay for Package subscriptions.
• “Bookmaker” means a third-party betting operator (for example SportyBet, Bet9ja, BetKing, 1xBet, or others) that is independent of Winplot.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling-related activity in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• you meet the applicable age requirement;
• you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you; and
• you are not prohibited from receiving sports-prediction or related informational services under the laws of your country of residence.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of sports predictions, and any subsequent betting activity with third-party Bookmakers, is lawful where you live. Winplot does not warrant that the Platform is available or legal in every jurisdiction.

4. Nature of the Service

Through Kredipicks, Winplot operates a sports prediction marketplace that connects Tipsters with Subscribers. Tipsters may create Packages, pledge minimum odds thresholds, and deliver Coupons. Subscribers may pay for access and view verified performance information where available on the Platform.

Kredipicks is a product of Winplot. Branding, marketing materials, social channels, or waitlist pages that refer to “Winplot,” “Winplot Ng,” or “Winplot Nigeria” describe the company operating Kredipicks and do not create a separate contracting party.

Winplot is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, casino, or licensed gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes on behalf of Users for the purpose of betting, or settle bets. Any betting you undertake is solely between you and the relevant Bookmaker under that Bookmaker’s own terms.

Where Kredipicks displays coupon codes, odds, or results associated with Bookmakers, such information is provided for transparency and marketplace integrity.

5. Accounts and Registration

You must register for an account to access all features of Kredipicks. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@winplot.ng if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may refuse registration, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion, including where we suspect fraud, underage use, breach of these Terms, or legal or regulatory risk.

Identity or KYC verification may be required before certain actions (including withdrawals). Failure to complete requested verification may result in delayed or refused payouts or restricted access.

6. Tipster Terms

If you act as a Tipster, you additionally agree that:

• you will create Packages with pricing and odds pledges that you can reasonably fulfil;
• you will post Coupons in good faith and will not fabricate results, manipulate performance metrics, or misrepresent verification status;
• you grant Winplot a licence to display your Packages, Coupons, profile information, and performance statistics to Users as needed to operate the marketplace;
• subscription revenue is shared according to Platform rules (by default, Tipsters receive the majority of subscription revenue and Winplot retains a platform commission, typically twenty percent (20%), subject to change with notice);
• earnings may be calculated and settled in periodic windows (for example weekly settlement cycles) and may include performance-based bonuses or adjustments as published on the Platform;
• payouts are subject to verification, anti-fraud checks, applicable fees, and minimum thresholds; and
• Winplot may withhold, reverse, or claw back earnings connected to chargebacks, fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach.

7. Subscriber Terms

If you act as a Subscriber, you additionally agree that:

• payment grants access to the selected Package’s Coupons and related content for the subscribed period, subject to these Terms;
• Coupons are informational opinions and predictions only and do not guarantee winnings or profits;
• you will use Coupons for your personal, lawful purposes and will not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Package content without authorisation;
• ratings, reviews, and reactions must be honest and not abusive or defamatory; and
• subscription renewals, if enabled, continue until cancelled in accordance with Platform controls and applicable card payment-provider rules.

8. Payments, Fees, and Withdrawals

Prices for Packages are set by Tipsters (or as otherwise displayed) and are payable by Subscribers by card payment only. We do not currently accept other payment methods for subscriptions. Subscriptions cannot be paid from Wallet balances. Platform fees, commissions, currency conversion, and card payment-processor charges may apply.

Winplot and Kredipicks do not store your card details. Card payments are processed, managed, and secured by our payment service provider, Flutterwave. When you pay, you enter your card information on Flutterwave’s payment flow (or equivalent Flutterwave-hosted checkout). Flutterwave handles card collection, authorisation, and related security controls under its own terms and policies. Winplot receives payment confirmation and related transaction references needed to activate your subscription; we do not receive or retain your full card number, CVV, or equivalent sensitive card data.

By making a payment, you authorise Flutterwave (and Winplot, through Flutterwave) to charge the card you provide for subscriptions and other amounts you incur. You are also subject to Flutterwave’s applicable terms and privacy practices for the payment process. You are responsible for all taxes arising from your use of the Platform, except taxes we are legally required to collect.

Wallet balances, where offered to Tipsters, reflect earnings credited on the Platform. They are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and cannot be applied toward Package subscription fees. Withdrawals, where available, may require bank or payment details that match your verified identity and may take a commercially reasonable processing time.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without a bona fide basis may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Packages provide immediate or near-immediate access to digital prediction content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where:

• required by applicable law;
• a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge occurred; or
• Winplot, in its sole discretion, determines that a material Platform failure prevented delivery of paid access through no fault of the User.

You may cancel future renewals through available account controls. Cancellation does not ordinarily entitle you to a pro-rata refund for an already-commenced billing period unless we expressly state otherwise or law requires it.

10. Risk and Gambling Disclaimer

Winplot makes no representation that any Coupon will win, that any Tipster will achieve a stated win rate, or that verified codes will remain available or priced the same on Bookmaker platforms.

11. Intellectual Property and User Content

The Platform, including the Kredipicks name and branding, Winplot name and branding, software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Winplot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform except as expressly permitted.

You retain ownership of content you submit (including Coupons, reviews, and profile materials), but you grant Winplot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting Kredipicks and the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use the Platform if you are underage or otherwise ineligible;
• engage in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• post false Coupons, fake results, or deceptive performance claims;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other Users;
• attempt to bypass security, access another User’s account, or disrupt Platform integrity;
• scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Platform without written permission;
• use the Platform to advertise competing tipster services in a manner that violates our rules; or
• violate Bookmaker terms or applicable gambling laws through your off-Platform betting activity.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances where permitted by law, and referral to authorities.

13. Third-Party Bookmakers and Services

Bookmakers and other third-party sites linked or referenced on the Platform are independent. Winplot is not responsible for their availability, odds, settlement of bets, account decisions, or terms. Your relationship with any Bookmaker is governed solely by that Bookmaker’s terms and policies. Integration features, where offered, may depend on third-party availability and may change or be discontinued.

14. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by Nigerian law:

• Kredipicks and the Platform are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will always work without errors or interruptions;
• Winplot is not responsible for betting losses, Tipster results, Bookmaker decisions, internet problems, or any indirect or consequential losses;
• If Winplot is found liable to you for any claim related to Kredipicks, the Platform, or these Terms, the most we will pay is the higher of: the total amount you paid to Winplot in the three (3) months before your claim, or ten thousand Naira (NGN 10,000). For example, if you paid ₦50,000 in that period, our maximum liability is ₦50,000; if you paid less than ₦10,000 (or nothing), our maximum liability is ₦10,000; and
• nothing in these Terms removes liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to exclude (including for fraud).

You agree to protect Winplot and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Platform, your content, your betting activity, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account closure by contacting support@winplot.ng, subject to resolution of outstanding obligations. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, legal risk, prolonged inactivity, or Platform discontinuation. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on the Platform and updating the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or in-app notice). If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of changes, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting support@winplot.ng. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
